Program Overview

Diploma in Airlines Cabin Crew Management focuses not only on cabin crew overall but also on the management of the airlines itself. This program mirrors the jobs of people who organize and keep up the client care fulfillment in the air terminal. Students will get the abilities and information on examination techniques from different sources, dangers appraisal and avoidance in movement, and the travel industry. Understudies will be presented to data about functional motions including relational abilities, behavior, and responses that could happen to travelers because of their working exercises in any aircraft and air terminal.

Entry Requirement

NORMAL ENTRY

  • Possesses Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or its equivalent with a minimum of credit in three subjects; OR
  • Pass Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) or its equivalent with a minimum of Grade C (GP 2.00) in any subject; OR
  • Pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Maqbul; OR
  • Pass UEC (Unified Examination Certificate) with a minimum of Grade B in any subject; OR
  • Pass Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3 in any field for Tourism and Airlines/ Preschool and possesses SPM or its equivalent with a minimum of credit in one subject; OR
  • A certificate in any field in Tourism and Airlines (Level 3, MQF) or its equivalent in related field; OR
  • A pass in O-level with a minimum of grade C in 3 subjects; OR
  • Any other equivalent qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government.

APEL.A ENTRY

  • Possess an APEL A certification from MQA for admission into Diploma programs OR
  • Malaysian; AND
  • 20 years old and above in the year of application; AND
  • Possess relevant previous working experience/ learning
